Greenwell Heating and Cooling Inc. is owned and operated by Curtis and Lisa Greenwell and we are committed to the company’s slogan “Customers for Life”. We strive in selling only quality parts, equipment and service. The company has been in business since 1998 and the owner Curtis has been in the HVAC industry since 1983. Our company’s reputation is not worth selling inexpensive parts or equipment only to make a quick profit while taking a chance for the same type of failure to occur again.
Our business has been built with referrals from other customers, family, friends and other business associates. We have always kept overhead down so that our customers can reap the benefits of a stable company. We do not believe in hiding costs and prefer to be up front, giving our customers a flat rate – turn key cost, before performing the work. We value our customers, and strive to deliver our services quickly, and at fair price.
We believe our co-workers are the best and have always appreciated their loyalty and the quality of their work. Greenwell Heating and Cooling has always cross trained our employees on both sides of service and install to better serve the business. I was taught starting back from my first heating and air employer that they would rather keep their employees busy year around. Many times during the year and seasons the service department might be extremely busy while the install department is very slow.
Hard work, honesty and the value of a job well done was instilled in us by our parents, and we always strive to hold true to our upbringing and beliefs. The biggest majority of HVAC systems we are called out check can be repaired with a minor investment in parts. We condemn very few systems and don’t mind the home owner looking over our shoulder while the work is being done.
We service and install all types and brands of equipment: Heat-Pumps, Oil furnaces, Gas furnaces, Hybrid systems, packaged gas, package Heat-pumps and package oil packs.
